Refund Policy
For individually booked consultations:
You have a right to refund if:

Your appointment is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the appointment start time

Your appointment is cancelled by Dietitian Ellen at any time
If your appointment is cancelled by you, less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time:

A refund will not be processed

The appointment can be re-scheduled to an alternative date with no further payment required

If the rescheduled appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the appointment start time, a refund will not be given and the appointment cannot be rescheduled. A new payment will need to be made to book a new appointment.
For 3-month plans:
You have a right to refund if:

You cancel more than 48 hours prior to your initial consultation
If your initial appointment, or any follow up appointments included within the plan, are cancelled by you:

A refund will not be processed

Any follow up appointments can be rescheduled to an alternative date (these should ideally be rescheduled more than 48 hours prior to the cancelled appointment)

If more than 2 appointments are cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time, your plan may be terminated and no refund made
Please note: if you have to cancel due to injury/medical reasons an extension to the plan or a 50% refund will be considered on a case by case basis - please contact dietitianellen1@gmail.com for more information
