As a registered dietitian - the advice I give has to follow guidelines and is monitored by the HCPC.

My Story...
I've always been active from a young age but never appreciated the impact of nutrition within sports until I was at University studying dietetics. During this time, I ran my first half marathon using fueling advice I got off social media (dietetic degrees don't teach you much about sports nutrition...). I lost 5kg due to under-eating while training, lacked a proper fueling stratergy during the race, and as a result missed my target time by 6 minutes. I was gutted. Now, I've gained masters level qualifications in Sports Nutrition, implemented stratergies within my own training and races to support by body and performance, and want to help others do the same so they don't have a story like mine. Adequate nutrition in sports isn't an added bonus. It's an essential for our health and sporting performance.

Peak Performance Plan
The best option for those training for a race or event (see explore plans when booking). Stay consistent and focused on your training and fueling strategy with weekly/bi-weekly meetings to discuss how things are going and sort out any niggles with your nutrition. Make sure you're eating enough of the right foods to support training (no injuries thank you!) and create a solid fueling plan to get you that PB you've been chasing without the gut symptoms.
