I'm Ellen, registered sports dietitian!
I quickly learned the importance of sports nutrition when completed my own training for a half marathon while at university. I massively underfuled resulting in unwanted weight loss and not ahcieving my target time on race day - I want to support others in adequate fueling to support their performance and long term health.

Mission
Having had my own experience with underfueling while training for a half marathon, I know how frustrating it can be when you don't get the result you want on race day. Nutrition is key when it comes to reaching your optimal performance, ensuring adequate recovery between training sessions, and preventing injury.
Underfueling long term can be detrimental to our health - affecting bones, menstruation, immunity, and more. So let's fuel up together!
