Makes 12 bars
Ingredients
250g oats
150g nut butter
3tbsp honey
100g mixed seeds
150g mixed nuts (roughly chopped) or chopped nuts
100g dark chocolate (roughly chopped) or dark chocolate chips
Method
Preheat your oven to 200C or 180C fan
Line a 8x8inch baking tray with greaseproof paper
Measure out all your ingredients into a bowl
Mix ingredients until combined
Add mix to your lined baking tray and press down well with the back of a wooden spoon
Bake in the oven for around 20 minute until starting to turn golden
Allow to cool and cut into 12 bars with a sharp knife
Store in an airtight container – these should last up to 7 days if stored correctly keeping you going all week!
