Makes 12 bars

Ingredients


  • 250g oats

  • 150g nut butter

  • 3tbsp honey

  • 100g mixed seeds

  • 150g mixed nuts (roughly chopped) or chopped nuts

  • 100g dark chocolate (roughly chopped) or dark chocolate chips


Method


  1. Preheat your oven to 200C or 180C fan

  2. Line a 8x8inch baking tray with greaseproof paper

  3. Measure out all your ingredients into a bowl

  4. Mix ingredients until combined

  5. Add mix to your lined baking tray and press down well with the back of a wooden spoon

  6. Bake in the oven for around 20 minute until starting to turn golden

  7. Allow to cool and cut into 12 bars with a sharp knife

  8. Store in an airtight container – these should last up to 7 days if stored correctly keeping you going all week!
