Cancellation Policy

In order to ensure that both we and our clients are properly equipped to meet the demands of the latest EU personal data regulation (GDPR), we have integrated these demands into our general terms and conditions. We also have a data processor agreement that likewise meets the demands of the GDPR. Please to not hesitate to contact, by emailing dietitianellen1@gmail.com, if you have any questions related to our terms and conditions or the GDPR. Right to refund: You have a right to refund if: - Your appointment is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the appointment start time - Your appointment is cancelled by Dietitian Ellen at any time If your appointment is cancelled by you, less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time: - A refund will not be processed - The appointment can be re-scheduled to an alternative date with no further payment required - If the rescheduled appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the appointment start time, a refund will not be given and the appointment cannot be rescheduled. A new payment will need to be made to book a new appointment. What is provided when an appointment has been booked: - Appointments are done via video call. You should receive a video link following booking your appointment - Prior to the appointment: you will be asked to complete a 7-day food diary to aid in creating your dietetic plan and answer questions related to your dietetic appointment. These should be emailed back to dietitianellen1@gmail.com prior, ideally more than 24 hours, to your appointment. Sending this information prior to the appointment time will help you to get the most from your appointment. - Between appointments, you can contact Dietitian Ellen for queries regarding your dietetic plan. However, you may not receive further advice as this is provided at review appointments (unless you have booked a package where contact between appointments has been agreed)
